Privacy at AIccountable
Last updated: October 14, 2026. This page explains the AI Readiness Assessment in plain language.
What we collect
When you submit the assessment, we collect:
- Your first name, company, and work email.
- Your 12 assessment answers and the five dimension scores calculated from them.
- Your overall readiness score and readiness band.
- The pain points you select and any biggest pain point you write in your own words.
- Campaign tags from the link you used, such as source, medium, and campaign, when they are present.
The site also records basic first-party activity events, such as starting the assessment, completing a section, viewing the report gate, saving a lead, and clicking the booking link. These events are for operating and improving this assessment. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
We use assessment information to produce your report, understand your readiness and pain points, prepare for the free Readiness Review, and follow up with one recommended next step. We do not sell your personal information.
Human follow-up
A human follows up. Greg Lucas, founder of AIccountable, reviews assessment submissions and sends the follow-up personally. Submitting the assessment does not enroll you in an automated marketing sequence.
Where it is stored
Assessment submissions and first-party activity events are stored in a private Vercel Blob store connected to this website. Access is limited to Greg Lucas and AIccountable personnel or service providers who need access to operate the site and respond to you.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment submissions for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We may delete older submissions sooner as part of routine record cleanup.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email greg.lucas@paigebreaker.com from the email address you used in the assessment, or tell us that address in your message so we can find the right record.
